It’s 8:00am, I’m sitting in the car in the Pink Deck parking lot at Northside Hospital trying to polish my fingernails. Well, all but two. Two have to remain free of polish for placement of the finger pulse oximeter. Today is my day, and at 1:00, I’ll go into surgery for a bilateral mastectomy. Check in is at 9–early because I have to have some type of dye injected that will allow the surgeon to find my lymph nodes.
I appreciate any and all prayers and good thoughts you can send my way.
Hope you came thru the surgery without additional complication. There are a lot good outcomes these days. Saying prayers for your complete recover. 🙏
Also prayed the surgeon had just enough alcohol to steady his hands
Praying for you, your family, and your medical team.
Praying and believing with you and your Drs for a complete success thru this journey. ❤️💪🏻😘
Praying for you and your surgeon!
